MEETINGS:  Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.  Attendees bring an "Ornish Friendly" dish with them.  This is shared by the attendees from 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.  From  7:30 p.m. to 9.00p.m. the meetings include general announcements and a brief orientation for guests and new members, followed by a presentation by the guest speaker. This may be followed by small group discussions or a question and answer session. Participants may discuss issues regarding any aspect of the program or difficulties they may be experiencing. Topics are in the general areas of diet, exercise, stress reduction (meditation, yoga, etc), and group support and communication skills. Healthy eating is important!
