Discussion Group on the Internet
An Ornish Yahoo discussion Group exists where people around the country and
World discuss the Ornish Program. We encourage our members to sign up and
join the group.

Important: When you join you have a choice for either all
messages to come thru your email, or you can go to a message center and check
out the correspondence from time to time. I strongly recommend having
messages flow through your email because the reality is most people don't check
the message board. When you see the messages live you are tempted to both
answer and help people as well as lots can be learned from others. It
encourages us and reinforces the Ornish Program.
